What we collect

• Email address (required) and name (optional) that you type at checkout - used to send your download link, licence key and invoice.
• Order details: the product bought, amount, currency, country (from your IP, only to choose INR or USD), Razorpay order and payment IDs, invoice number and licence key.
• Licence activity for products that check their licence online: the licence key, a device identifier and the time of the last check.

We do not see or store your card, UPI, bank or wallet details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles that data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS rules.

How we use it

• To deliver what you bought, send invoices and re-send lost downloads.
• To prevent fraud and licence sharing.
• To answer your support requests.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations.

We never sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), our hosting and database providers, and our email delivery provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

The public store uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The admin area uses one secure login cookie.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting (generally up to 8 years in India). You can ask us to delete anything else.
